Interests

The themes my thinking and writing tend to circle:

• Nepal and the diaspora. I'm Nepali, and a lot of what I think about circles back home: politics, economy, and how community holds together across continents.
• Analytics in big organisations. The metrics businesses actually run on, and the plumbing underneath them.
• AI in practice. How AI shows up in real workflows, what actually helps, and how to adopt it in a way that holds up under scrutiny.
